Kjetil Person Siem (born 29 September 1960) is a Norwegian sports official.
He was born in Rauma, and was educated within drama, but made his way in the sports world. He was a journalist in Aftenposten and TV 2, started the website Sportsprofiler in 1997 and released the football books Proff i England (1997) and Æ, a biography of Ole Gunnar Solskjær, in 1998. In 2001 he was hired as director in Vålerenga Fotball, and from 2003 to 2005 he was CEO. After a period as director in Norsk Toppfotball from 2006 to 2007 he was hired as CEO of the South African Premier Soccer League in 2007. His tenure coincided with the 2010 FIFA World Cup.[1]
